• How long does it take you to complete my title search?

  Most residential searches are completed by the next business day or second business day for residential full searches. Complex searches may take longer.  If at any time we cannot meet the due date you include when ordering your search, we will contact you right away.

• Do you record at the courthouses you cover?

  No. Please feel free to call our office or email us directly to obtain information about E-filing.

• Do you have E&O insurance?

  Yes. Please feel free to call our office or email us directly to obtain a copy.

• Where can I find your rates?

  Our rates are always negotiable, so please contact our office or email us directly if you are interested in our rates.

• What counties do you abstract?
